A. Order Process

  1. How do I place an order? [Back]
    a. Order can be placed via our website.
    b. First login into your account. The system will redirect you to the login/registration page should you not login into your account first.
    c. Click the 'Buy' button at the game currency/card/item page that you want to purchase.
    d. Fill up all the required information.
    e. Chose your payment method and the order detail page. Then click 'Submit'.
    f. Transfer the purchase amount to any of our accounts.
    g. Contact our customer support personnel via telephone or live chat once you've transferred the fund.
    h. Once verification is done, proceed to in-game trading. Our customer support will tell you the location.

  2. How do I check my order status?[Back]
    Kindly contact our customer support via telephone or live chat.

  3. How do I cancel my order?[Back]
    1. If you've already made an order without payment, just ignore the order. Order will expired in 4 hours if it's not fulfilled.
    2. If payment already made for your order, inform our customer support. Your funds will be reflected in your SEAGM member account balance.

  4. What happens when the game currency/item/card is out of stocks and I've made payment?[Back]
    Our customer support will inform you via phone call or sms once we've replenish the stocks. The payment you've made will be added into your SEAGM account. You can login into your account to check your balance.

  5. Is tax covered for Maplestory mesos purchase?[Back]
    Yes. Every Maplestory mesos purchase is tax covered.

    Estimated time = 10-15mins after confirmation of payment depending on stocks availability and the number of paid orders in the queue list ahead of your order. Time taken can be longer should there be high volume of customers.

  1. Why do SEAGM needs my scanned/photographed identification card for my Paypal purchase?[Back]
    SEAGM takes fraud seriously. For first time Paypal payment, we'll need for verification against fraud or unauthorized usage of another person's credit card or Paypal account. Second purchase onwards using the same Paypal account or credit card, SEAGM will not do further verification.

  2. How long does it takes for Paypal purchases to be processed?[Back]
    It takes only a couple of minutes for Paypal purchases to be processed. Once we confirmed the payment via Paypal, deliverywill be immediate.

  3. How much can I purchase using Paypal if I'm first time/new buyer?[Back]
    New customers/first time buyer, doo take note that SEAGM limits your first purchase to SGD100 or SGD100 for one week.

  4. Why does SEAGM impose restrictions on the amount of purchases I can make in a week?[Back]
    This restriction policy is enforced due to prevent fraud.

  5. Why does there's a extra 4% charge using Paypal?[Back]
    The 4% charges for Paypal purchases is the administrative charges SEAGM charge for using Paypal. The better payment option is to use online banking transfer or cash deposit machine. Click here for our accounts.

    SEAGM will refund your purchases should we confirmed that we are unable to replenish our stocks for delivery.
