Important Update:

How to redeem a Roblox Gift Card?

1. Go to the Game Card Redemption Page. Log into your Roblox Game Account.
2. Enter the PIN.
3. Click "Redeem" to add the credit to your account.
4. A success message will appear when you successfully add the Credit to your account.
5. Your balance will be shown in green after the words "Your Balance".

Note: Once you successfully redeem the Roblox Gift card, the credits will be converted automatically to the currency according to your Roblox account setting.

How to redeem Roblox Credit to pay for a purchase?

1. Log into your account on a browser
2. Go to the Membership Page or Robux Page
3. Select the product you want to buy by selecting the right button
4. Select Redeem Roblox Card as the payment type and Continue
5. Enter the PIN and Redeem
6. Once your Roblox Credit balance updates, select Submit Order
7. The page will update confirming your payment

How to Convert Remaining Credit to Robux?

1. Login to your Roblox account
2. Click the Gear in the upper right corner to navigate to your Settings page
3. Select the Billing Tab
4. Click the Convert To Robux button
5. You will receive a confirmation screen, click Redeem to complete the conversion or Cancel to not convert the credit.
6. Your Robux balance will be updated after refreshing your current page or navigating to a new page.
