Game Currency Buying Guide

Step 1: Register a SEAGM membership account
a. Do register a SEAGM if you don´t have one. Online orders requires you to have a SEAGM membership account.
b. SEAGM members entitles to further discounts. For details please click here
c. SEAGM members can skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Choose your game
a. On the homepage, find the product you want to purchase. You can search by using the search function on the right side bar. By default you´ll be directed to the game´s currency page.
b. At the Game currency page, click the Buy button for the server you want to buy.
Step 3: Enter your game currency order details.
a. To purchase by the amount of money, click the Purchase by Total Amount of Money button. A small window will pop-out for you to enter the amount you want to purchase. Our formula will automatically calculate the amount of game currency for the amount of money you entered.
b. Alternatively, you can choose to purchase by preset amount of game currency by selecting from the drop-down box.
c. Finally, enter all the details required in the order form. Once you´ve finished, click Submit Order Now Button. Once you submitted, the order will be captured by our system and directed to Order Details Page.
Step 4: Payment - Chose to pay by Paypal or Bank Transfer
a. At the order details page, please go through your order details.
b. At the Payment box, choose PayPal or Bank Transfer
c. If you chose payment by Paypal, you´ll be directed to Paypal payment page.
Note: SEAGM only accepts SGD and USD payments for PayPal. If you chose other currency at the time you create SEAGM membership account, kindly recreate a new account and select SGD or USD as your account currency.
d. If you chose payment by Bank Transfer, SEAGM payment options window will pop-out. Note down the bank account you wish to transfers to and proceed to your bank´s online banking facility to make payment to SEAGM account. You may also to to any of the bank accounts we have to make payment via cash deposit machine.
Step 5: Contact SEAGM Customer Support via Phone or Online Chat
a. Kindly contact our customer support after you´ve made payment in order for us to verify your payment. Please tell our customer support last 6 digit of your order, the bank you made payment to and the amount paid.
b. Once payment is confirmed. Your SEAGM member account will be credited the amount you paid and assign to your order.
c. Next, our customer support will inform you where in-game to trade your game currency purchase.
