- Click (상품권교환).
- Select (아이넘버).
- Insert 12 digits PIN & Click (캐시교환).
How to exchange the 12 digits PIN to a 16 digits PIN?
- Go to the Booknlife Mobile App and log in.
- Click innumber icon to proceed
- Select (4.아이넘버), Insert 12 digits PIN & click (PIN으로 교환).
- You may get the 16 digits Pin now.
