the code is invalid and not working. after reporting this issue still the seagm say still valid. but why i cant use the code. i dont trust this site

I got an EU card and I tried to register it in one of the EU countries, but the code was invalid for my region. The customer service agent told me I can report the card but they said "it may or may not work"
