Got to know about the website from someone else who had purchased the same product recently and their experience was flawless too (they have left their review here as well). The game as is, was geo-restricted, i.e. locked to a specific country. Me being in India wasn't able to redeem the code.
Thankfully with the help of a VPN (with the country set as Turkey), I was able to redeem the code and download the games.
