I need a account and be logged into to use neosurf. Never used to and now it's even more of a pain in the butt to operate. Not worth it

My sites that I used neosurf don't accept them anymore and you're company advertises that poker stars and a few more states that they can be used but not true anymore

My order not working voucher is blocked

The card I purchased is apparently inactive so now I'll have to wait 1-5 business days to have it resolved

The neosurf pin i got came up as IDticktet does not exist when I checked the balance on neosurf.com. talked to customer service and they made me jump through hoops only to have to wait 1 - 5 business days to find out what's going on and they refused to give me a refund. This site has SCAM written all over it. I wish I could say this wasn't the first time something like this happened, but that would be a lie. I won't be using this site again after the treatment I'v

Had no issues with using neosurf pincodes I've purchased via seagm...until now. Just bought a $10 neosurf pin, taxes and MasterCard fees total $12.25, tried to use pin three times now and get "payment failed" code all three tries....
