The company insists that the diamonds were sent. But they never arrived in the Free Fire account. I have sent diamonds successfully before and after this order. But this one was not fulfilled. And the customer “service” was no help at all. Simply insisting that because they have a photo showing the order was completed it must be so. I am only talking about $10 but the idea that I have been robbed and that customer service will do nothing is really annoying. Buyer beware.
