Bought a 50 euro card from EU like it said , tried to claim in belgium and it doesnt work, reached out to support basicly they said change countries and use vpn which i did to netherlands and germany. Of 3 different accounts. The code still dont work, then they asked me to send an email which i did in details explaining what i did and the only response i got was we need a picture, keep in mind the explanation i send had the contents of the picture. then they have me wait for another 4 days st

Card doesn't work. 50€ down the drain. I tried getting a refund and the person talking to me through live chat was not only incredibly unhelpful but also rude and sarcastic. They didn't even TRY to solve my problem. They just said "welp take this link and if it still doesn't work it's on you." I don't see myself ever using this website again.
