    Today I just got experienced my IGG ID account that made purchasement totally didn't received any Rhinestones! But my SEAGM account updated is completely delivered. Now still waiting for the report! 1-3 working days?

I been inform have to patiently wait within 1-3 working days for the IGG and SEAGM send me an email report regards where's the Rhinestones missing and error?
