I didn't receive the code

Good

I got it but no instructions on how to redeem so....

It's asking me for pictures, recipts store info of where I bought the card from.

Not letting me redeem receiving error and being told to contact google support

Won't let me use it

Could not redeem the gift card. Google play blocked it and didn't let me redeem even after I provided them the purchase receipt. They said details of the card didn't match with their database. I contacted support and provided necessary details and haven't received any reply either.

I got 3 links instead of 3 codes. All of them were invalid links and I provided video proof. But the support "Sheena" was so stupid and not helpful to me as she kept copying/pasting things from the product page without being helpful at all. Even after I reported the issue, the "card team" said that the code was valid even though I didn't even get the code!

Love Seagm for having every card I need! Loyalty program is awesome too, only gift card store that has one I've found.

I received the order as a form of a link, not a direct code. When I tried to go to the link, it gave me a bad request and I couldn't access the code in any way possible. I reported the issue and waited for 5 days and they refused to refund me saying that the link it working with them but not working with me even though I sent video proof. Terrible support and issue handling I have ever seen in my life. Not just because something is working with you means that another person has to
