currency doesn't match account. USD5 wasted. SEAGM selling product that has limitation on use

i thought it can be used im my region on sea but sadly its us region card code cant be used on my region

Placed order on 10/3/2024, The Battle.net have updated the game shop currency based on country of residence, hence this product is no longer valid for SEA region. The product description also updated days after i purchased the product while no refund given as stated the code still valid. Such disappointed support from SEAGM.
