The neosurf pin i got came up as IDticktet does not exist when I checked the balance on neosurf.com. talked to customer service and they made me jump through hoops only to have to wait 1 - 5 business days to find out what's going on and they refused to give me a refund. Had no issues with using neosurf pincodes I've purchased via seagm...until now. Just bought a $10 neosurf pin, taxes and MasterCard fees total $12.25, tried to use pin three times now and get "payment failed" code all three tries....
