requesting a refund. i never able to claim it.

can i get refund? i cant even scan it it doesnt let me claim it.

Service is fast and working. A heads up to other users, there is a small glitch where the pop-up does not appear when you first scan the QR code, just hit the "refresh" button and the pop-up will appear, do not rescan as the voucher will timeout.

Fail to redeem the credit from the voucher . And Seagm won't refund it .

The supplier website is having network issue, SeaGM does not seem to have a resolution to this. Despite me purchasing a few times, the support still thinks I do not know how to generate QR code and scan to redeem.
