The code can be use ya, but due to it binded to US region. In other country you might need to get help to topup by meta support live chat (that's how i topup the cash to my account, not sure izzit special but somehow the support agent help me done it) Alternative option suggested by meta support agent (which i didnt try yet, because they topup for me) is to use a "US ip" with VPN during redeem the code.
