I have been cheated. I clearly asked on livechat if i would receive card details such as card no, expiry date and security code and the operator confirmed it. But after receiving my order, what i get was only a serial and PIN which require me to register. To make it worse, I need to have a japanese phone no which i dont have. I tried asking again on livechat but was given no solution. Instead they broke the line and now im stucked with an unusable purchase. This is literary a waste of money.

i cant even use it, it ask me to create my own account which needs japanese phone number, if i have japanese phone number i wouldnt bother buying this here, im 100% sure people who buy this stuff at this kind of site have no access to japanese phone number

The site mentioned you need a japanese IP address but my vpn gets blocked so I have no way to redeem it. I don't understand why you give login information to redeem these cards, while other sites like play-asia and offgamers just give the actual card information which you don't need to login for. Very unfortunate.
