JD giftcard is only eligible for ‘JD self-distributed’ items excluding books, virtual products, pre-sale items, sales items, investment items, duobao island, JD international, JD pharmacy, items sold by third parties, and any other items that are affected by government policies or restricted by law.

How to redeem JD.com Gift Card (CN)：

1. Login at jd.com, select products to add to the shopping cart. JD giftcard is only eligible for ‘JD self-distributed’ items excluding books, virtual products, pre-sale items, sales items, investment items, duobao island, JD international, JD pharmacy, items sold by third parties, and any other items that are affected by government policies or restricted by law
2. On payment page, choose "Use Discount" then "Gift Card". Input the JD E-card pin, click "Binding" to attach the E-card to the account. Multiple JD E-cards can be bound and used
3. Please follow the operating instructions as prompted
