    System issue causing me to have 2 pending and failure payment order which also caused me to do extra verification steps to make my new purchase valid. That is your system problem and not my problem. Please review your system!! When register, you never ask me to complete and verify my personal details. Should the system set to fill up and verify mobile number before able to placing any order? So weird!!!
