General
- The SEAGM Winter Celebration 2022 begins on December 16, 2022 (00:00 GMT +8) and will end on January 06, 2023 (23:59 GMT +8).
- This campaign is open to registered users from all regions (subject to change SEAGM’s sole discretion).
- This campaign comprises two (2) parts: Cashback (“Cashback”) and Discount Coupon giveaway (“Giveaway”)

How to participate in the Cashback & Giveaway:
- For non-SEAGM users: Create a SEAGM account by registering a new account on SEAGM.com
- For existing SEAGM users: Go to SEAGM.com & Sign-in into your SEAGM account
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. All pictures to illustrate the prizes are for representational purposes only
- By participating in this campaign, you agree to abide by the campaign’s Terms and Conditions set out herein including any amendments, variations, or decisions thereto at SEAGM’s sole discretion, and the Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- You are eligible to participate in the campaign if your entry is submitted within the promotion period. Entries submitted outside of the campaign period, or submitted through any means other than specified herein, will not be eligible for the campaign. Any complaints on missing and/or delayed submissions or for any other reasons will not be entertained.
- Fraud, abuse of redemptions, any dishonest activities, or any other reasons as determined by SEAGM may result in the forfeiture of bonus entitlement.
- Participation in the campaign is on a first come first serve basis and while stock lasts.
- SEAGM assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or illegibility of items obtained from this campaign.
- SEAGM reserves the right to make further changes to the terms without prior notice.
Cashback Coupon
- You may receive one (1) unit 100 SEAGM Credits Cashback Coupon upon a minimum spend of 3,000 SEAGM Credits in a single transaction during the campaign period.
- The cashback coupon will automatically be added to the “My Coupon” of your account, or any other method as determined by SEAGM. You may view your cashback coupon by visiting the “My Coupon” page.
- The cashback coupon of 100 SEAGM Credits may be utilized on the next transaction.
- Unless otherwise stated, coupon is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Each of the coupon shall have respective terms and conditions to follow (together with any relevant and referenced documents, including Website Terms of Use.)

SEAGM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of coupons for any reason, including the following circumstances:
- Suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or coupon use.
- Coupon abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
- Coupons used in bad faith (including resold coupons or use of coupons by customers purchasing products for the purpose of reselling).

SEAGM will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement coupon for:
- Discontinued or cancelled coupon.
- Improper use of, or inability to redeem a coupon.
- The inability to redeem a coupon due to technical issues.
- The Cashback Coupon will expire on January 14, 2023 (23:59 GMT +8). Any unused coupon will be voided.
Discount Coupon Giveaway
- You are entitled to participate once during the whole Giveaway period.
- The Giveaway’s prize shall be in the form of SEAGM Coupon.
- You may receive one (1) unit 100 SEAGM Credits Discount Coupon.
- The discount coupon will automatically be added to the “My Coupon” of your account, or any other method as determined by SEAGM.
- The discount coupon of 100 SEAGM Credits may be utilized on the next transaction.
- You may view your coupon by login into your user panel, “My Coupon” section.
