Only reason it is not sub 3 stars is that it seems I will be able to manage my goal. There is a blackbox algo that decides how much/when you can purchase anything and the staff have no insight into how it works. You're completely in the dark; so if you want something with a sales period this is an unreliable means. I hate black boxes, especially when it comes to money matters. But it seems the service actually works, if slow and suspect.
