its Legit, But took a time to contact the Customer service of the Product Key to be sent. Well it was stated in the Email to contact them, so did what I did.

Product order sent was defected, code was not allowed to be downloaded. Tried to install with and without VPN for region locked and not specified for any solutions. Live Chat is not working as well, unable to contact customer support.
