ใช้เวลาส่งหน่อย แต่ได้ชัวร์ครับ

I have bought this a lot until one day I put 5 orders through but only 2 of the orders came through while all of the orders are marked as completed which is not right since only 2 should be marked completed, not all of them as I haven't received all 5 yet. Already contacted customer service and they haven't reached me back through email yet like they said, hopefully they didn't scam me with this one because I would be really disappointed if they did.

having to contact customer service for sth i ordered few times before is a bit sus but still okay enough. That customer service asking me the same question three times because she either doesn't read at all or she just works off a questionaire that reacts to specific keywords i haven't used in my reply (obviously yes and no aren't good enough???) is just annoying me to no end
