for my previous purchase it delayed 1 hours to recharge back 6480 tanium for me , the fixed the problem fast

Top up is really smooth thats why I enjoy shopping on this site, but when my cards get declined randomly when using paypal and the explanation I get is my bank rejecting the payment when somehow I was able to pay using the same method 1 hour later. That was a little bit annoying and irritating since now I have 3 payments on hold so I can not use it until it is reverted to me.
