Ok

Can't even login normally without getting stuck at the login page. Have to reset my password when i need to log in. It was pretty difficult understanding what they wanted from you to verify your account and it took me 2 whole days before I could get the code meanwhile I've already payed for it.

Need to use different payment method to make purchase, I spent lots of the time on one purchase. But the CS team is helpful
