having to contact customer service for sth i ordered few times before is a bit sus but still okay enough. That customer service asking me the same question three times because she either doesn't read at all or she just works off a questionaire that reacts to specific keywords i haven't used in my reply (obviously yes and no aren't good enough???) is just annoying me to no end
