First time I have a problem that the recharge wasn't coming and received a notification from the site about it. I'm glad that customer service helped me and they were really fast in doing so, I was offered direct or seagm balance refunds, I did the later bc I was going to buy anyways, and the second time I didn't have a problem, maybe there was an IDV server problem idk ahaha but I'm grateful for the team efficiency

it's not fair to say "All the recharge orders were processed via our reliable service provider" if it's not reliable enough to verify the account exists. this purchase was not successful, because the account does NOT exist, and I'm saddened I can't be given a refund to make the same purchase for the correct account as I use your service a lot.
