The explanation of what is a "razor payment link" is very poor. Customer service was nearly useless in helping me solve the issue. If this was my first experience w seagm I never would've come back again. Eventually figured it out but just awful. That you accept my money without it being able to complete a purchase is astoundingly stupid. Then offering a refund of less than I paid just felt scammy. Do better seagm.

Always the best experience!

Twice in a row I've had to waste several minutes in chat time is something you never get back. Why because in game mechanics I used transfer tokens and faetum for in-game name change and Server transfer and you can't even account for your own mechanics. This is stupidly ridiculous.
