Broken code. Had to report it and wait for a new code if ever.

My purchased card is not usable, I Am now afraid I have wasted $50.

Redeeming code was unsuccessful and invalid. CS on chat asked to fill up a form and then wait 1-5 business days. I find this process ridiculously long for something so simple. During purchase period, pay offered (discount RM10.00) but upon clicking it, it was only a difference of RM 1.82 thats a BS discount
