1. This campaign starts from 24th June 2025, 0000 (GMT+8) to 5th July 2025, 2359 (GMT+8).
2. This promotion is open to both new and existing SEAGM users in Malaysia.
3. This promotion is only applicable to Razer Gold Malaysia (MYR).
4. Only fully paid orders are eligible for the lucky draw entries.
5. Winners will be selected randomly through a computerized process.
6. Each winner is entitled to ONE (1) prize only, regardless of the number of entries.
7. Winners will be announced, and prizes will be delivered within ten (10) working days.
8. There will be a total of 26 winners, with prizes tiering:

o   Grand Prize: Razer Gold RM300 x ONE (1) Winner

o   2nd Prize: Razer Gold RM200 x THREE (3) Winners

o   3rd Prize: Razer Gold RM100 x FOUR (4) Winners

o   4th Prize: Razer Gold RM50 x EIGHT (8) Winners

o   Consolation Prize: Razer Gold RM30 X TEN (10) Winners

1. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s SEAGM account under the “My Lucky Draw” page.
2. By participating in the Lucky Draw, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.
3. Agents, employees, and their friends or family are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
4. SEAGM reserves the right to verify all entries and the eligibility of any winner. The company may withhold or withdraw the prize(s) if there are reasonable grounds to believe that any terms and conditions have been breached. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. SEAGM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, and to revoke the use of any coupons at its sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate.
6. SEAGM will not be held liable, nor will it be required to offer replacement coupons or prizes, in the following situations:

o   Coupons or prizes that are discontinued or cancelled.

o   Improper use of coupons or prizes, or inability to redeem them due to user error.

o   Inability to redeem coupons or prizes resulting from technical issues.

1. SEAGM and Razer will not be responsible for any loss of pins, credits, in-game items, or purchased items once the payment transaction has been successfully completed and the credits have been released to the user’s game account.
2. If users encounter issues while using Razer Gold, please submit a support ticket at https://gold.razer.com/help.
3. SEAGM and Razer reserve the right to suspend or terminate any transactions found to be fraudulent or in violation of the promotion rules.
4.  SEAGM and Razer reserve the right to make further changes to these terms without prior notice if necessary.
