Winning Prizes Terms & Conditions

  1. The Nintendo Spend & Win offers the following prizes to six winners:

  • TWO (2) Nintendo eShop Gift Card - US$ 50 

  • FOUR (4) Nintendo eShop Gift Card - US$ 20 

  • NINE (9) Nintendo eShop Gift Card - US$ 10

  1. Each prize code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.

  2. SEAGM reserves the right to modify or cancel orders and revoke any coupon, gift card or code where necessary.

  3. SEAGM is not responsible for, and will not replace, prizes that are discontinued, cancelled, misused, unable to be redeemed or affected by technical issues.

20% Discount Coupon: 

  1. A total of 80 winners will each receive ONE (1) 20% discount coupon with a maximum discount value of 500 SEAGM Credits for an eligible completed order.

  2. The coupon is eligible for Nintendo eShop Gift Card (USD) only.

  3. The coupon is valid for 30 days upon the issued date.

  4. The winner can only use the coupon for a one-time purchase only.

  5. Unless otherwise stated, the coupon is not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. 

  6. All coupons are not exchangeable for cash. 

  7. SEAGM reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of coupons for any reason. 

  8. SEAGM is not responsible for, and will not replace, coupons that are discontinued, cancelled, misused, unable to be redeemed or affected by technical issues. 


General:

  1. The “Nintendo Spend & Win 2026” is organized by SEAGM and is open to both new and existing Global SEAGM users.

  2. The LUK draw begins on 24th September 2026, 0000 (GMT+8) until 7th October 2026, 2359 (GMT+8). Any entries received after this time will not be eligible to enter the LUK draw campaign.

  3. This LUK draw is open to registered users globally (Subject to change SEAGM’s sole discretion).

  4. Only fully paid and completed orders are eligible for LUK draw chances.

  5. Winners of the LUK Draw will be selected by a random computerized process.

  6. ONE (1) winner will be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only among all the prizes available in the LUK Draw.

  7. Winners of the LUK Draw will be announced, and their prizes will be delivered within Seven (7) business working days after the LUK Draw Period ends.

  8. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s SEAGM account under “My LUK Draw” page.

  9. Visit “My LUK Draw” page on your SEAGM account to view your rewards and redeem or use them promptly.

  10. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. All pictures to illustrate the prizes are for representational purposes only.

  11. Prizes are subject to availability. SEAGM shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice.

  12. By entering the LUK Draw, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 

  13. SEAGM reserves the rights to change, postpone, reschedule or extend the LUK Draw Period at any time without prior notice. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.

  14. SEAGM reserves the right to verify any entries and any winner. SEAGM may refuse to award the Prize(s) where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. Participants agree that they will comply with all applicable laws when entering the Prize Draw.

  15. Agents, employees, and their friends or family are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

  16. SEAGM reserves the right to make further changes to these terms without prior notice if necessary.
